Inauguration Ceremony – Road Connecting Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway with Cau Gie–Ninh Binh Expressway

Overview:
On July 7, 2024, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the inauguration of Phase 2 of the road connecting Hanoi–Hai Phong and Cau Gie–Ninh Binh expressways, located primarily in Hung Yen Province. The 24-km route, with a design speed of 80 km/h and four lanes, was funded with over VND 1,700 billion from the central budget. The new route reduces travel time by 30 minutes compared to existing roads via Yen Lenh Bridge and National Highway 39.
